🚢 A Milestone for the Femernbelt Tunnel Project! 🌊

At DMC, we are excited to see our design come to life with the recent arrival of IVY 1 & IVY 2, the custom-built immersion pontoons that will play a critical role in the construction of the Femernbelt Tunnel.

These impressive floating structures were designed by DMC, a subsidiary of BAM, to transport and immerse the tunnel’s massive elements, marking a key milestone in connecting Denmark and Germany.

This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the close collaboration between DMC, the FLC contractors, and the shipyard. Together, we are bringing this ambitious project to life.

With the arrival of the pontoons, we look forward to the next stages as they are fine-tuned for their role in one of the most significant infrastructure projects in Europe.
